Jungmin Kim

Jungmin is an associate whose practice centers on advising startups and IT companies, handling M&A and other corporate transactions, and civil and criminal litigation. At SEUM, she advises a wide range of IT companies, including those in the finance, fintech, and entertainment sectors.

Jungmin has substantial experience in the financial sector, including matters involving banks and the Financial Supervisory Service, and has for many years advised both startups and established companies on investments, mergers and acquisitions, management control disputes, and business model (BM) reviews.
